Curing of Polymers
a process by which liquid reactive polymers of low molecular weight (oligomers) are irreversibly converted into solid, insoluble, and infusible three-dimensional polymers. The term “curing” is generally used in the processing of plastics, varnishes, adhesives, and sealing compounds.
Cutting Method is depends on Matrial, Shapes,Thickness and Production Rate. Diffrent Techniques are used like Laser, Die, Waterjet and other methods.
agesive process, which involves a chemical process where a substance is used to create a bond between two materials, is problematic because of extensive surface preparation, long curing time, the difficulty of bonding adhesive materials to plastics, etc.
In general stitching process, a needle pierces through the fabric to sew a thread without cutting textile because it passes through spaces of woven yarns/threads. In the case of the molded skin, however, needle holes are created because the stitched part is a single plastic layer.
wrapping and branding
Plastic wrap, cling film, Saran wrap, cling wrap or food wrap is a thin plastic film typically used … polyvinylidene chloride (PVdC), though some brands, such as Saran wrap, have switched to other formulations due to environmental concerns.
